Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is seeking an Accommodation Attendant to ensure smooth daily operation and upkeep of hotel staff accommodation, providing a safe and well-maintained living environment for all employees. You will support accommodation arrangements and conduct inspections to uphold standards.

Competenze

• Previous experience in hotel accommodation, housekeeping, or facility operations is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and reporting skills are an advantage.
• Good command of English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Mansioni

• Assist in coordinating employee accommodation arrangements, including room allocation and preparation for new joiners.
• Ensure accommodation rooms and facilities are ready prior to employee check-in.
• Support employee check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor room occupancy and report any discrepancies to the HR Department.
• Ensure accommodation facilities are properly maintained and organized.
• Conduct regular inspections of staff accommodation rooms and common areas.
