Job summary

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, part of Accor, seeks a professional Butler to greet guests, coordinate with room service, and ensure luxury service throughout the stay. You will manage luggage, unpack/pack, assist with reservations, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage. A hospitality qualification and prior five-star experience help you deliver personalized, discreet service in a resort environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Luxury hospitality experience, preferably in Butler services.
• Supervisory experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service with professionalism and discretion.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Russian, Turkish or Arabic) are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Greet all arriving guests and offer a detailed orientation of their rooms and facilities.
• Coordinate with room service and all food & beverage items served in rooms and removals.
• Coordinate servicing of guest rooms and assist housekeeping to standard.
• Maintain guests' personal items, clothing and wardrobes in a clean, neat fashion.
• Process guest valet requirements and perform simple pressing of clothes as needed.
• Unpack and pack guest luggage as requested by guests.
• Ensure Butler's pantry is clean and orderly at all times.
• Maintain stock and charges in suite bars.
• Assist guests with room and local information; make bookings and reservations as required.
• Assist in restaurant, reception, luggage services, back-of-house cleaning and maintenance as needed.
