Job summary

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Accommodation Attendant to support daily operations of staff housing, ensuring a safe, comfortable living environment and coordinating room allocations for new joiners.

You will inspect rooms, assist with check-ins/check-outs, liaise with Engineering, Housekeeping and HR, maintain confidentiality, and uphold hotel accommodation standards.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and reporting skills are an advantage.
• English language proficiency; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee accommodation arrangements, including room allocation and preparation for new joiners.
• Ensure accommodation rooms and facilities are ready prior to employee check-in.
• Support employee check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor room occupancy and report discrepancies to HR.
• Ensure facilities are properly maintained and organized.
• Conduct regular inspections of staff accommodation rooms and common areas.
• Identify maintenance needs and report to relevant departments.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding accommodation requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and a positive relationship with residents.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping on maintenance and housekeeping requirements.
