Job summary

Pixel Innovations in Ajman is seeking a self-driven Hotel Sales Manager to drive occupancy and revenue for our hotel. You will build relationships with corporate clients and travel partners, and work with marketing, revenue and operations to implement sales plans.

The role offers a monthly salary of 1,500 USD plus performance-based commission, contract position open to foreigners with no English-language requirement, and opportunities to attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Ajman Your main goal will be to increase occupancy and revenue through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with potential clients You will work closely with the hotels marketing revenue and operations teams to create and implement sales plans that align with the overall business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication negotiation and networking skills
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and key players in the hospitality industry in Ajman
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
• Familiarity with online booking systems is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance
