Job summary

Pixel Innovations in Ajman is seeking a self-driven Hotel Sales Manager to drive occupancy and revenue for our hotel. You will build relationships with corporate clients and travel partners, and work with marketing, revenue and operations to implement sales plans.

The role offers a monthly salary of 1,500 USD plus performance-based commission, contract position open to foreigners with no English-language requirement, and opportunities to attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and negotiate rates to secure business deals.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Utilize online platforms and social media to promote the hotel's services.
• Create sales targets and analyze performance against them.
• Collaborate with revenue management to set pricing strategies.
