Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Dubai seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Director of Sales and Sales Managers with administration, client communications and bookings in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will handle inquiries, prepare letters and contracts using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and manage Golden Sales & Catering accounts; familiarity with Opera and Delphi is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Proactive, customer-service oriented with multitasking ability.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and hospitality databases; Opera/Golden Sales Catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Sales and Sales Managers with admin tasks and coordination.
• Handle client and hotel inquiries and communications.
• Act as primary contact when Sales Managers are out.
• Respond to calls and emails per Four Seasons standards.
• Prepare correspondence, letters, contracts and reports.
• Maintain Golden Sales & Catering accounts and bookings.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and forecasts.
• Ensure accurate account input in Salesforce and booking data.
• Run month-end reports and tracking spreadsheets.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by hotel management.
