Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Director of Sales and Sales Managers with administrative tasks, client communications, and reporting.

You will maintain Salesforce, Golden Sales & Catering, and MS Office documents, prepare letters and contracts, and assist with weekly/monthly sales reports. A professional demeanor in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• Proactive, organised and customer service-oriented.
• Knowledge of CRM or other database systems.
• Preferably knowledge of Opera and Golden Sales Catering / Delphi.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Sales and Sales Managers with administrative tasks.
• Handle incoming requests from clients and hotels; primary contact when Managers are out of the office.
• Receive and respond to calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards.
• Correspond via email and telephone with clients regarding inquiries, reservations and hotel requests.
• Prepare letters, contracts, reports and emails using MS Word, MS Excel, Golden Sales & Catering and Outlook.
• Maintain Golden Sales & Catering accounts, including traces, bookings and systems maintenance.
• Complete weekly/monthly reports (Forecast, Sales Reports, function room occupancy and availability) on a timely basis.
• Ensure correct input in Salesforce and related systems; enforce corporate standards.
