Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Directors of Sales and Sales Managers with administrative duties and client communications. You will manage inquiries, prepare correspondence, and maintain the Golden Sales & Catering system, while ensuring data accuracy across Salesforce and related tools.

The role requires strong multilingual communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet research; CRM experience beneficial.
• Able to multitask, stay organized and customer service oriented.
• Knowledge of Opera and Golden Sales Catering / Delphi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Sales and Sales Managers with administrative tasks.
• Handle client and hotel inquiries; primary contact when managers are unavailable.
• Respond to calls and emails in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Prepare written correspondence, contracts, reports, and emails.
• Maintain Golden Sales & Catering accounts and bookings; update records.
• Run weekly/monthly sales and activity reports; manage month-end tasks.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce; monitor account and booking information.
