Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team in driving business success. The role coordinates sales activities, handles administrative processes, maintains client relationships, and ensures smooth communication between clients and hotel operations to deliver exceptional service and reach revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Previous hotel sales experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Opera, Delphi, Envision or similar hotel CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail in reports, contracts, and correspondence.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude aligned with Hyatt's service culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team in daily operations.
• Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, agreements, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and account information in Hyatt systems.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, site inspections, and client visits.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support the sales team in managing accounts, tracking opportunities, and following up on leads.
• Coordinate client requirements with hotel departments to ensure successful execution of services and events.
• Assist in coordinating group bookings, corporate accounts, meetings, and events.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries as requested by management.
• Support sales promotions, trade shows, networking events, and business development initiatives.
• Liaise with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, F&B, and other departments for seamless operations.
