Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. with vocational/technical background.
• Extensive maintenance, electrical or refrigeration training.
• 2+ years hotel engineering/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment and read blueprints/schematics.
• Troubleshoot and repair MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Safely use hand and power tools and follow safety/procedural standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers as needed.
