Responsibilities

• Respond to and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems.
• Operate shut-off valves for equipment and building utilities.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Assist with painting, drywall and minor repairs.
