Job summary

Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai is seeking a hotel maintenance engineer to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and associated systems. The role requires a valid driver's license and experience with general maintenance or painting. You will follow safety policies and protect guest comfort while delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects and repair as needed.
• Identify and operate shut-off valves and building utility shut-offs.
• Follow safety policies and properly store flammable materials and report hazards.
