Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Dubai is seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our hotel engineering team. You will respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

You will test and troubleshoot equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate with shifts to maintain smooth operations. A high school diploma and driver’s license are required; prior hotel maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate issues to guests.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment; inspect and replace components as needed.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
