Job summary

Element in Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment, and ensure safety standards are followed. You will inspect tools and equipment, carry necessary gear, operate shut-offs, maintain inventory, and troubleshoot issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.

Daily communication with other shifts and adherence to Lockout/Tagout and safety policies are essential to keep guest rooms and public

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Some maintenance experience preferred; hotel environment a plus.
• Driver's license required; ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment.
