Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and attend to maintenance issues.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Inspect and test tools, equipment, or machines.
• Carry equipment and identify shut-off valves and utility shut-offs.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures before work.
• Program TVs and perform housekeeping and inventory duties.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
