Job summary

Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide daily first-line support for hardware, software, and hotel IT systems at our Dibba Al Fujairah property.

The role covers support for PMS, POS, PBX, Wi‑Fi, access control and related technology, ensuring backups, security patches, and system integrity while maintaining high confidentiality and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT support experience in hotel/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network and hotel IT systems.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, telephones and network equipment.
• Support PMS, POS, PBX, Wi-Fi, access control and other OT systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT Manager or service providers when needed.
• Maintain IT equipment, licenses, warranties and service records.
