Royal Development Holding in Dubai invites an IT Executive to join Curio Collection By Hilton, overseeing day-to-day IT operations for the hotel and supporting its pre-opening phase.

The role requires knowledge of Windows, hardware, Wi‑Fi, printers, and IT troubleshooting, with preference for hospitality IT experience and PMS/POS system familiarity. You will ensure security, backups, asset records, and smooth IT service across the property.

Qualifications

• Hospitality IT experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, Wi‑Fi, printers and IT troubleshooting.
• Experience with hotel IT systems such as PMS and POS.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in a hotel pre-opening project is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day IT operations of the hotel.
• Provide technical support to hotel colleagues and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Maintain IT security, user access, backups, antivirus, and system compliance.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system inventories.
• Provide IT support during the hotel pre-opening and opening phases.
