Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group's voco Dubai hotel is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager to provide executive leadership and drive the hotel’s performance. You will maximise financial returns, develop people, and ensure memorable guest experiences while upholding brand standards and local community engagement.

Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will lead department heads, mentor leaders, ensure compliance, and contribute to annual operational and financial plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration
• Three years’ hotel leadership experience in a high-level operations role
• Must speak English and the local language(s)
• Other languages preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct everyday activities, plan and assign work to ensure proper staffing levels
• Develop your team and improve performance through coaching and feedback
• Train colleagues to ensure compliance with brand standards and tools
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with shifts and departments
• Lead financial and operational planning to maximise guest satisfaction and profitability
