Job summary

• Knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills and budgetary analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily kitchen activities, plan and assign work with proper staffing.
• Develop your team through coaching and set performance goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely kitchen service.
• Supervise kitchen team across multiple outlets and events.
• Complete forecasts, plans and departmental production reports.
