Job summary

Accor hotel in Dubai is seeking an Engineering Maintenance Associate to coordinate and follow up on all maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.

You will manage the Preventive Maintenance schedule, coordinate with technicians and other departments, and assist with supplier communications and procurement of parts. Fluency in English (Arabic a plus) is beneficial for team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate in Kitchen/LPG and laundry electrical (2 years) mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field, hotel experience preferred.
• Practical and theoretical skills in kitchen and laundry equipment and fire suppression system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on all Engineering maintenance requests, work orders and pending jobs.
• Maintain and update the Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule and record activities.
• Coordinate daily Engineering activities with technicians and other hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, inspections, and completed work orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance works, quotations, spare parts and servicing.
