Job summary

Accor is seeking a Duty Engineer in Dubai to monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across the hotel facilities. You will troubleshoot faults, perform preventive maintenance, and respond swiftly to emergencies according to established protocols.

You will keep meticulous records, coordinate with other departments, and ensure safety compliance while supporting installation and testing of new equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).
• Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical safety, or mechanical maintenance.
• Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot faults or equipment failures promptly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce breakdown risk.
• Respond to emergencies following protocols.
