Job summary

Rotana Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly Door Attendant for Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi to deliver professional, guest-focused service and make every guest visit memorable. You will warmly greet guests, open doors, escort them to the lobby, manage car keys, and ensure quick car delivery within 10 minutes of request.

Strong English skills and hospitality training are essential; additional languages and computer basics are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must ideally have vocational training in hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Computer knowledge and additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Ensure guests are greeted appropriately upon arrival in a warm manner.
• Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby.
• Control all guest car keys and ensure that cars are delivered within 10 minutes upon guest request.
• Forward all guest complaints or problems to the manager on duty.
• Ensure effective handover between duty shifts.
• Demonstrate understanding of hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
