Responsibilities include managing reservations, advising on the menu, and addressing guest feedback with professionalism. You will collaborate with the team to maintain a spotless, well-run dining area and to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as host/hostess in high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Fluent in English; a second language such as Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese is advantageous.
• Knowledge of a restaurant reservation system is essential.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings.

They are a leading hospitality company in their segment serving guests in Dubai since about 15 years. They require a customer-oriented individual to be the first point of contact with our guests and provide excellent service, maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, quality, and customer service.
