As a Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage the reservation system effectively to organize bookings.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate menu options and answer guest questions.
• Assist in seating guests and ensuring their comfort.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.

Requirements
