Job summary

The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Hostess to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in the hotel’s restaurants. You will welcome guests, assist the service staff, and help maintain smooth outlet operations.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality or tourism qualification and have at least two years of experience in hotel operations. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of ISO 14001 is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent service to guests in hotel's restaurants.
