Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a courteous Waiter/Waitress to deliver Food & Beverage service to guests in the assigned outlet, maintaining high standards of hospitality and efficiency.

You will work as part of the Food & Beverage team, provide professional, flexible service, handle guest requests promptly, and contribute to a memorable dining experience while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
