Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with excellent communication and guest-service skills. Based in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact and help set the tone for every guest experience.

As the face of Esco-Bar, you’ll welcome guests upon arrival, manage reservations and the waitlist, and ensure a smooth, well-organized seating flow throughout service. This role calls for someone who is polished, personable, and able to stay calm and organized even during busy peak hours. You’ll set the tone for every guest’s experience, so a genuine passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills are essential. • Currently based in Dubai
