Job summary

Esco-Bar Dubai is seeking hardworking, reliable Barbacks to support our growing bar team in Dubai. You’ll restock supplies, prepare ingredients, and maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout service.

You’ll work closely with bartenders to ensure everything they need is ready during busy periods, staying physically fit and detail-oriented. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade while being part of a fast-paced, energetic venue.

Qualifications

• Previous barback experience in a fast-paced venue preferred.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of bar tools and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Restock bar supplies and garnishes during service.
• Support bartenders by prepping ingredients and maintaining stations.
• Keep bar area clean and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation.
• Handle waste disposal and general bar upkeep.
