Job summary

Esco-Bar Dubai is on the hunt for skilled, personable Bartenders and Barmaids to join our expanding bar team. In this role, you’ll craft and serve drinks and cocktails to a high standard while engaging guests with genuine hospitality and strong product knowledge.

If you have proven bartending experience within Dubai’s nightlife or F&B scene, strong mixology skills, and a passion for creating memorable moments for guests, we’d love to have you behind our bar.

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience within Dubai’s nightlife/F&B scene.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and mixology skills.
• Valid UAE-recognized bartending or hygiene certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, and beverages to a high standard
• Engage guests at the bar with excellent hospitality and product knowledge
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment upkeep
• Follow responsible alcohol service and hygiene guidelines
