Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages common in Dubai are advantageous.

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in customer-facing roles in hospitality is preferred.

Role Description

The Hostess role at Say HELLO! partner venues is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, the Hostess welcomes guests, manages seating arrangements, and ensures a smooth and friendly arrival experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling reservations, maintaining accurate guest lists, coordinating with the service team, and answering phone inquiries with professional etiquette. The Hostess also provides information about the venue, responds to guest requests, and helps resolve minor concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.

This position requires consistent punctuality, a polished appearance, and a strong commitment to hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, including effective Phone Etiquette for handling calls and guest inquiries.
• Experience managing Reservations and guest seating, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
