• Manage reservations waitlists and VIP guest seating with precision and discretion.


• Escort guests to their tables present menus and manage optimal table rotation.


• Customer Service & Guest Experience:


• Anticipate guest needs manage dietary preferences and resolve inquiries gracefully.

• Oversee reservation channels (phone WhatsApp) and maintain detailed guest profiles.

Operations & Communication

• Coordinate with servers captains and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service flow.


• Communicate VIP arrivals and special occasions to the team.


• Support service staff during peak hours to maintain operational efficiency.

Etiquette & Compliance

• Maintain high standards of grooming posture and uniform presentation.


• Ensure front entrance and waiting areas are clean safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within fine dining or high-end hospitality is preferred.


• Skills: Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
