Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Training Manager to lead the Training Department within the Human Resources Division. You will ensure efficient running of the training function in line with Hyatt's brand standards and corporate strategies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a Training Manager role, and a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management, with strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in larger operation.
• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Training Department in the HR division according to corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Ensure smooth and efficient running of the Training Department and meet employee, guest and owner expectations.
