Job summary

Hilton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Training Coordinator to design, coordinate and deliver high-quality training programmes for hotel teams. You will partner with department heads and HR to assess development needs and ensure staff meet required standards through compliant, vocational programmes.

You will lead trainer collaboration, drive monthly progress reviews, and foster a positive learning environment that supports guest excellence and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or coordinating training programmes in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to partner with department heads, HR and managers to identify development needs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating schedules and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute the in-house training plan and deliver engaging programmes.
• Identify and support training needs with line managers and the Training Manager.
• Administer required training courses including compliance and vocational qualifications.
• Engage trainers across the hotel and lead monthly meetings.
• Inspire and develop team members through coaching and performance support.
