Qualifications

• Experience in staff accommodation in hospitality or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct workload and supervise housing team to maximise productivity and control costs.
• Assist in social activities and monitor project timelines to ensure milestones.
• Involve in hiring and training accommodation staff and conduct meetings.
• Attend relevant meetings and handle housing operation complaints.
• Assist HR Manager with budgets and forecasts; manage staff housing reports.
