Job summary

Salayel Hospitality in Abu Dhabi is seeking a courteous Telephone Operator to handle calls and assist guests with inquiries and wake-up calls. You will relay messages, direct calls to departments, and provide accurate information about hotel services.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.
• Professional telephone etiquette and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
