Responsibilities

• Prepare and type sales team's offer letters and maintain the sales database.
• Compose letters, memos, faxes for the Director of Sales and executives.
• Maintain prompt follow-up and trace system for all correspondences.
• Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries in the absence of the sales team.
• Ensure monthly end sales report is prepared and submitted on time.
• Ensure offers related to the sales team go out within 24 hours.
• Communicate effectively across levels in a pressurized environment.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working order.
