Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the outlet and provide warm, professional service.
• Receive guests, seat them and assist as a point of contact during service.
• Handle outlet reservations and maintain the reservation book; answer calls impeccably.
• Assist in setting up the outlet before business hours with the service team.
• Coordinate with service staff on floor plans for reservations or blocked tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and entrance area.
• Ensure guests' well-being with friendly, discreet attention and recommendations.
• Know menus and ongoing promotions to confidently respond to guest questions.
• Support in updating the outlet's guest database and departure experience.
