Hyatt Place Dubai/Al Rigga is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team, drive revenue, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The position covers sales administration, proposals, client meetings, CRM usage, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and secure business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Administrative or Hospitality role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM systems or hospitality sales software is an advantage.
• Previous hospitality or hotel industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in achieving revenue and business development targets.
• Manage sales administration including quotations, contracts, proposals, and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate client meetings, site inspections, and sales appointments.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, databases, and customer records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and events.
• Assist in planning and organizing promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of all sales-related records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
