Job summary

You will drive event production, administer the Events Office, and maintain strong relationships with Sales Offices and clients.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in sales, strong communication, and a commercial mindset with attention to detail and a proven ability to close deals and maximize room revenue

Responsibilities

• Monitor event production and adjust activities to achieve goals.
• Plan and administer Events Office to deliver qualified leads.
• Develop communication with Rotana Sales Offices and other sales sources.
• Maintain timely communication with accounts and prospects.
• Handle group and banquet leads, including negotiation and contracting.
