edari in Dubai is seeking an experienced Hospitality Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for luxury hospitality brands, from sourcing to onboarding. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 2 years of experience within luxury hospitality
• Experience recruiting for luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, or other high-end hospitality environments is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of hospitality roles, talent profiles, and recruitment requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source and attract hospitality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across various hospitality functions and levels
• Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and manage shortlisting based on role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring recruitment timelines and hiring targets are met
• Prepare offers, collect required documents, secure approvals, and support the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and reports
• Follow up on interview feedback and candidate status to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Stay updated on hospitality talent market trends and identify new sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and candidate assessment through to offer management and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience within luxury hospitality, with a strong understanding of hospitality talent, service standards, and the fast-paced nature of luxury hotel and hospitality operations.
