Job summary

The IT Administrator at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is responsible for supporting the hotel’s IT environment, delivering reliable, secure, and efficient technology services to Hosts and guest-facing systems.

You will manage incident triage, support PMS/POS/Microsoft 365, servers and networks, and ensure compliance with Marriott IT standards while collaborating with vendors and hotel teams to maintain high availability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years IT support, systems administration or infrastructure experience.
• Hotel, hospitality or 24/7 operational environment experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, applications, network and devices.
• Support critical hotel platforms including PMS, POS, Microsoft 365, telephony, guest-facing systems, IPTV/digital signage, access control.
• Assist with servers, virtualization, storage, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, network switches, backups and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate escalations with Marriott teams, vendors and partners.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation and lifecycle information.
