Job summary

A hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a proactive IT Specialist to support and maintain its IT infrastructure in hotel and serviced apartment environments. The role demands skills in troubleshooting and working with hospitality systems, ensuring seamless operations and data security. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking (LAN/WAN), servers, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with hospitality systems (PMS/POS) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot system, network, POS, PMS, and application issues promptly.
• Monitor system performance and resolve downtime or connectivity issues.
