Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a seasoned DOS in hotel IT sales to translate technology into tangible benefits for hospitality clients in the UAE and KSA. You will drive revenue, manage strategic accounts, and present cutting-edge IT solutions that enhance operations, revenue management, and guest experiences.

You will lead the full sales cycle, build relationships with decision-makers, and collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and operations. Strong API/AWS/cloud fluency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, IT or related field.
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in hospitality IT sales, hotel IT solutions.
• Strong grasp of property management systems and revenue management strategies.
• Comfortable explaining technology concepts like APIs, AWS, cloud, and AI to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Autonomy and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the KSA hospitality and F&B market.
• Identify key accounts and prospects; research business needs and challenges.
• Track sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasts; report to senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as trusted IT solutions advisor.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure and post-sale follow-up.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and operations to align sales efforts.
• Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos showcasing value of IT solutions.
• Demonstrate how hotel operations can be streamlined using our technology.
• Collaborate with dealers to meet sales targets; qualify leads with Marketing.
