Job summary

Shiji Group seeks an accomplished Sales Manager in the UAE to drive growth in hospitality IT solutions across the Middle East. You will articulate how our technology enhances operational efficiency, revenue management, and guest experiences, engaging with C-level decision-makers and leading end-to-end sales processes.

The role requires 6–10 years in hospitality IT sales, strong knowledge of hotel tech, and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, IT, or related field.
• 6–10 years of hands‑on experience in marketing/selling hotel IT solutions in hospitality & F&B.
• Strong grasp of property management systems and revenue management strategies.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, AWS, cloud solutions, and AI with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Autonomy and self‑motivation.
• Fluency in Arabic & English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Middle East.
• Identify and prioritize key accounts and conduct territory research.
• Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasts for senior management.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure and post‑sale follow‑up.
