Job summary

Shiji Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a seasoned Sales professional with 6-10 years in hospitality IT sales to drive revenue and expand market presence in the hotel technology space.

You will present IT solutions that enhance efficiency, revenue management, and guest experience, identify opportunities, and lead deals from prospecting to closure while collaborating with pre-sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10-15 years of hands-on experience in marketing/selling hotel IT solutions, preferably hospitality and F&B.
• Proficiency in discussing APIs, AWS, cloud solutions, and AI to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client engagements.
• Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in hospitality and F&B.
• Identify and prioritize key accounts within the territory, researching business needs and challenges.
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts with regular management updates.
• Build strong client relationships as trusted advisor and consultant for IT solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure and post-sale follow-up.
