RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks an HR Executive to manage HR administration and payroll across Abu Dhabi outlets. The role covers records, attendance, leaves, and compliance with company SOPs.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, contracts, visas, and renewals, while handling employee relations and ensuring UAE Labour Law adherence. The position is full-time and based on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in F&B or Hospitality.
• Hands-on experience in attendance management, payroll preparation, recruitment, and HR administration.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, employment documentation, and employee relations.
• Experience with employee relations and compliance with SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination across multiple restaurant and café outlets.
• Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, employment contracts, visa documentation, and employee renewals.
• Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, and HR compliance in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
• Conduct regular FOH and BOH operational audits, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, employee grooming, hygiene, attendance, and workplace discipline standards.
