• Manage onboarding, offboarding and visa coordination.
• Handle attendance, leave management and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Coordinate GPSSA registration and related employee documentation.
• Coordinate with authorities regarding employee-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.
• Support recruitment scheduling and employee relations.
