Job summary

Western Beach Resort in the UAE is seeking a proactive HR & Admin Officer to support recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee administration within our hospitality team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR and administrative experience, preferable in the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll coordination and employee administration.
• Handle employee relations, training coordination, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
• Assist with visa documentation and employee-related administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
