Job summary

The First Group Hospitality is seeking a Community Engagement Manager for Hotel Local Dubai in JVT, a neighbourhood-focused lifestyle destination. You will build relationships with the JVT community, local businesses and groups, promote hotel restaurants and facilities, and drive occupancy through partnerships and events.

Reporting to Sales/Marketing, you will coordinate community campaigns, manage social media presence, and gather resident feedback to position Hotel Local as the preferred local

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, retail, sales or community engagement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for guest experiences.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the JVT community, local businesses, schools, gyms and community groups.
• Promote Hotel Local restaurants, spa, events, memberships and staycation offers.
• Drive community awareness through networking, partnerships and social media.
• Coordinate community events, activations and seasonal programmes.
• Identify new partnership and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain a visible presence within the hotel and community.
• Gather feedback from residents and guests.
• Represent Hotel Local at networking and community events.
