Job summary

Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah is seeking an energetic Sales Executive to grow market presence and build lasting relationships with guests and business partners. You will support the Sales team in driving revenue growth across corporate, leisure, government, and travel trade segments, identifying opportunities and presenting proposals.

Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to ensure guest experiences, achieve hotel sales targets, and contribute to KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in hotel sales within the UAE market is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within corporate, leisure, government, and travel trade segments.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and market share.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements.
• Maintain accurate account information and sales activities within Hyatt systems.
• Participate in sales events, networking functions, roadshows, and trade exhibitions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
